We do the complete job in house, from stress analysis, finite curve evaluations and complete engineering studies to welding, stress relieving, and replacement of worn out parts.Our pump specialists work hand-in-hand with our engineers to re-manufacture your equipment. A complete teardown and evaluation of your pump is made by our trained specialists. Working with input from you, a careful metallurgical and mechanical analysis is made of cracked, worn and broken components to see where the problems originate.
Standard Alloys can furnish you with a workscope of
what we will do to bring your equipment back on line. If you have a workscope
prepared for your pump, we can also work with your plans.
When components cannot be repaired, parts are made at our registered ISO-9001 factory division. This allows us to keep your turn around time to a minimum by making custom parts for your equipment. And we make these parts for your equipment quickly, without any overtime charges!
